You may send in a $25 deposit and pay the balance in cash at the door the day of the competition.  ONLY CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR.  For your convenience we accept PayPal, Money Orders, Personal and Business checks 1week prior to the competition.  There will be a 4% handling fee for all credit cards and PayPal payments. Sibling / Parent discount is $25 off a Supreme Package.  Siblings must have the same mother &/or father to qualify.  I have read and fully understand the rules and regulations of the competition.  By signing below you agree not to hold CA Cover Miss and Cover Boy, America’s Cover Miss and Cover Boy, their directors, staff, contestants and facility, location or staff liable for any theft, injury, or death due to accidents or any other causes thereof while participating at any Cover Miss event.  All contestants, family members, and friends must abide by the following rules of good sportsmanship at all time.  .Refunds will be made ONLY in the event of a cancellation of a scheduled event.  CA Cover Miss is granted permission to use any photographs, and or videos made during any competition as promotion for CA Cover Miss solely along with mention of contestants/ name if necessary.  Age divisions may be combined or divided if too small or too large.   I also understand the judge’s decision is final and bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated.
